Blog post 12! I am so excited to tell you guys what I did today. Today we filmed videos for camera movement. The objective of this assignment was to take all that we learned about camera movement and create 3-6 second videos using our storyboard. Some supplies we used for this assignment were my teammate's phone to film the videos and the school's laptops. Some camera movements we used for this assignment were Pull out, push in, whip pan, static, tilt, and etc. We selected each camera movement as a challenge to see if we'd be able to create them ourselves.
*REFLECTION*
This exercise taught me the basics for camera movement and the different techniques. My partner filmed the shots while me and another student played as the props (characters) for the videos. We used the video our teacher put on canvas for us based on camera movement and did some research of our own on the school laptops. I'd say me and my team did a pretty well job on this assignment, it turned out pretty well. See you on post 13!
