Welcome back to my blog! Today we will finally get to discuss something I've been wanting to talk about for the longest. My movie!! This is part one of me and team's research project, and luckily for you I was responsible for this part. The genre that me and my team chose for our movie is romance. We chose this genre because we wanted something that the viewers would be able to relate to. Some of the subgenres that we will be introducing in our film is drama and revenge. Our target audience is teens, that is what the film will be about, so having an audience that will be able to relate to what's being shown is important. Our film is mainstream, Cambridge and whoever has the link will be able to stream it. Our target audience follows under the category of 14–16-year-olds. The type of audiences that tend to enjoy the type of genre me and my team are producing are highschoolers, teens. In high school you're having a lot of fun and enjoying yourself, you're in a lot of activities and also engaging in relationships. That's why it made sense to choose them.
