Research Part 5 : Mise en scene Codes

Welcome back to research part 5! Setting in film is the time and place in which a story is told. The movie me and my team chose was The Kissing Booth, so that'll be the center of this blog. The movie takes place in Los Angeles, California. It's very hot and there's a lot of trees, giving a summer/tropical vibe. There's a lot of cars meaning traffic and plenty of stores. Since it's a teen movie that follows under teen romance, some setting take place at school, home, etc. What is acting in film? Acting in film is the art or practice of representing a character on stage or before cameras. Some of the elements in acting are clarity of speech, vocal projection, physical expressivity, emotional facility, and a well-developed imagination. Let's talk about appearance and analyze. In a scene in The Kissing Booth, Elle has red hair and wears colorful clothes.
